Apple Cider Vinegar

These vitamins help prevent some illnesses. It keeps you healthy! Some people apply apple cider vinegar to the skin as it is a natural skin toner and hair cleanser. Apple cider vinegar can also prevent dandruff and give your hair a healthy shine! Try it on salads to give it extra flavor.
Red Wine Vinegar
Red wine vinegar is great to use in canning and dressings. Its tart taste of apple is perfect anytime. Look for unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. It will have the look of cloudy sediment and will last for years because of its acidity.
The wine undergoes an aging process, at the minimum is six months. The aging process creates an intense flavor in the wine. Its overall flavor is rich and enhances dishes made for fish, beef soups, or pasta sauce!
