Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is fermented juice from crushed apples. It contains vitamins like vitamins B1, B2, and B6; biotin; folic acid; niacin; pantothenic acid; and vitamin C. Apple cider vinegar contains small amounts of minerals like sodium. 

These vitamins help prevent some illnesses. It keeps you healthy! Some people apply apple cider vinegar to the skin as it is a natural skin toner and hair cleanser. Apple cider vinegar can also prevent dandruff and give your hair a healthy shine! Try it on salads to give it extra flavor.  

 Red Wine Vinegar

Red wine vinegar is great to use in canning and dressings. Its tart taste of apple is perfect anytime. Look for unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. It will have the look of cloudy sediment and will last for years because of its acidity.

The wine undergoes an aging process, at the minimum is six months. The aging process creates an intense flavor in the wine. Its overall flavor is rich and enhances dishes made for fish, beef soups, or pasta sauce!

Some people take a spoonful at meal time of bedtime!

 White Wine Vinegar

White wine vinegar is a multipurpose vinegar as you can use it for cooking and cleaning. Most spoonfuls of vinegar taste lovely on a salad. Of all the kinds of vinegar, white vinegar is the most diverse.

One can use it for making pickles and other canned items.
