Chicken wings, Earl Grey tea rub, tomatoes, cilantro, coconut, and honey. Red cabbage, and
Preparation:
- Let chicken wings marinate for 2 hours. Marinate: tomatoes, coconut, olive oil, honey and cilantro.
- Place marinated chicken about 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Set oven to 375 and bake chicken for 20-30 minutes.
- Place chicken on a bed of red cabbage and greens of your choice.
- Dip in blue cheese dressing.
