1. Watch less TV. Turn off communications devices 1 hour before bedtime.
2. Make you bed room cozy! Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. If you can’t, then take power naps.
3. Move! If you can’t run, then walk. Reach 10,000 steps a day!
4. If you’re aren’t getting enough fiber, then eat fiber with each meal, approximately 8 grams.
5. Carry your water bottle with you. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. If you don’t like water, then infuse it with your favorite fruit or veggie.
6. Brush your teeth at least twice daily.
7. Focus on what you want to create in your life. If you focus on gratitude then that’s what you will attract✔️
8. Meditate. Give your mind a rest.
