ZUCCHINI NOODLES
Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family!
Here is another surprisingly easy dish. I recently tried BirdsEye Zucchini for the first time. I like them because it was quick and easy to make. If you have time and the inclination, I recommend that you buy fresh zucchini and make your own noodles.
Zucchini has a few benefits that you might find handy. Zucchini improves digestion and slows down aging. Aging results from the activity of toxins. It also lowers blood sugar levels.
If you want both good health and savory, we have included a shrimp and lemon butter sauce recipe that you can pair with these noodles below.

Time : 5 minutes
Makes: 1
For the dry ingredients
- N/A
For the wet ingredients
- Birdeye Zucchini Noodles
- Butter
- onions or shallots
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Shrimps
Method
Step 1: Warm the zucchini noodles
Follow the direction on the BirdsEye package.
Tip: The zucchini tends to be watery. You can drain the water depending on the dish your are making,
Step 2:
Sauté the shrimp for 3 minutes in butter until cooked through.
Shrimps will appear golden but not overly cooked.
Make your lemon butter sauce next
In a small sauce pan melt the butter over medium to low heat
Swirl the butter in the pan to keep it moving without scorching
Keep your eye on the heat
Keep swirling for 5- 10 minutes
The butter should turn deep golden brown
The scent should be a nutty aroma.
Stir in the minced onions
Cook in the butter for 30 seconds or more
Remove from the heat
Stir in the thyme, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Plate the zucchini noodles
Pour lemon butter sauce over zucchini
Garnish with the sautéed shrimp’s
