As a nutritionist, I enjoy discovering new ways to feel strong and glowing! There is a powerful connection between the gut, the skin, and our vitality. It’s inside out! What happens on the inside of the body, will show up on the outside.  It’s the principle of you are what you eat!

This bowl is a powerhouse! It’s full of digestion supporting probiotics, nourishing and repairing plant protein, gut-loving fiber, anti-inflammatory lime, tasty pepper jack cheese, plus antioxidant greens. A great easy lunch or protein-rich side!

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup black beans
  • Pepperjack cheese to taste
  • 1/4 cup red peppers
  • 1 handful tortilla chip
  • 1/3 cup red onions

Method

  1. Prep all ingredients
  2. Find your favorite bowl
  3. Time to decorate.

  • There is no right or wrong way to make your bowl. Don’t judge. Enjoy the moment.
