As a nutritionist, I love fresh and vibrate foods. My new project is learning how to make beautiful fertile bowls! It’s about trying something new! And being unafraid of judgments. Never judge what you do. Learn to be at peace and if you are peaceful, then it will reflect in your work.
This bowl is another powerhouse! It’s full of nourishing and repairing plant protein, gut-loving fiber, and antioxidant greens. A great easy lunch or protein-rich side!
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1/3 cup carrots
- A sprig of cilantro
- Macadamia nuts to taste
- Scallions to taste
- 1/3 cup red peppers
- 1/3 cup red cabbage
- Lime
- Zucchini noodles
- 3/4 cup of your favorite greens
Method
- Prep all ingredients
- Find your favorite bowl
- Time to decorate.
