Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family!
What are your favorite types of bowls? Do you enjoy fruit or veggie bowls? So far, we really enjoy veggie bowls! But, we certainly will try different combinations of fruits and veggies in the coming days. Today, we are trying out brown rice! The combination of brown rice with roasted mushrooms is awe-some. To balance out the dish, we used kale and baby spinach to give the dish some plant love! We have here a very fibrous and gut-healthy bowl here!
You might also enjoy this with greek yogurt! We will offer several sauces to accompany these bowls soon. Just know it will contain repairing plant proteins, gut-loving fiber, spices, and antioxidant greens. We will keep it simple and quick!
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup kale
- 1/3 cup roasted mushrooms
- 1/4 brown rice
- 1/3 carrots
- 1/3 cup red cabbage
- 1 avocado
- 3/4 cup of your favorite greens
Method
- Prep all ingredients
- Find your favorite bowl
- Time to decorate.
