Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family!

We love fresh and flavorsome cheeses. Feta is a good source of calcium and phosphorus, both of which are needed for strong bones and teeth. Feta cheese is perfect if you want a very savory cheese that packs a savory punch. Eggs are also an excellent choice of protein. They Help Your ‘Good’ Cholesterol!

We experimented with textures and flavors and got a very delicious dish. Can you think of another dish that would benefit from eggs?

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 1/3 feta cheese
  • Cashews to taste
  • 1 sliced boiled egg
  • Pumpkin Seeds to taste
  • Kalamata olives to taste
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo beans
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite greens

Method

  1. Prep all ingredients
  2. Find your favorite bowl
  3. Time to decorate.
