Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family!

We have rediscovered the blueberry! They pack a powerful punch!? Blueberries can help several preventable conditions! Eating blueberries regularly may build and help heart health, bone strength, skin health, blood pressure, diabetes management, cancer prevention, and mental health.

Blueberries also add beauty to any dish that they appear in. We enjoy discovering new ways to use this berry in our recipes. You might also like Turmeric dressing with this bowl! How beautiful blue and yellow are together. We will write an e-book on dressings soon and will be sure to add Turmeric dressing.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • Blueberries to taste
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • Pumpkins seeds to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onions

  2. Find your favorite bowl
  3. Time to decorate.
